The history of the restaurant

The name Silos derives from the ancient function of the building, now converted into a restaurant, which was created as a structure to collect wine. Circular in shape, the building was equipped with special conduits that crossed the cliffs and were used to load wine or must onto ships.

The Silos Restaurant offers you the chance to rediscover the most authentic and genuine flavours of Sicilian cuisine, all while enjoying a wonderful panoramic view of the gulf.
